


| Do I have to be home to receive a quote? No, not necessarily. We quote the majority of our jobs from the exterior. There are certain situations that may require for someone to be present during the quote process (Chandeliers, interior french doors, ceiling fans etc). We can leave a written quotation for you or we can send it to you via fax or email (PDF format). Its your preference. Are you insured and bonded? Absolutely! We carry a 2 million dollar property damage liability policy as well as a Janitorial Service Bond. We are also covered by the Ohio Bureau Of Workers' Compensation Fund should a job injury occur. We provide all of this documentation with your on-site quote. Have you ever filed an injury or insurance claim? In our twenty years in the window & gutter cleaning business, we have never had an insurance claim or an accident on the job. This success can be contributed to the proper training in the use of all equipment. Our equipment is inspected on a daily basis to ensure that it is functioning properly and meets all standards of OSHA. We also contribute our clean safety record to the properly scheduling of the daily job workload. We don't overload our schedules, therefore reducing a job related injury. What if its raining on my cleaning day? It is our policy to complete a scheduled job if it is raining. If it is a light precipitation is present during a cleaning, it should not affect the quality of the job you receive from us. In the event that heavy rain and windy conditions have been forecast for the service area, you will receive a phone call from our office the morning of your scheduled cleaning. At that time, it will be left up to you as to whether you want us to come. In most cases, we can still come to clean the interior only, then return on a different day to finish the exterior. I work during the week. Can I get a weekend appointment? Yes! We work 7 days a week Spring and Fall and every Saturday all year long. We are aware that most homeowners work during the week and can't be available to let us in. We realize that in order to service our residential customers efficiently , we must be able to accommodate their schedule by making our services available to them when they are in need.
